FUEL ADJUSTMENT SCHEDULE
The net line haul charge will be subject to a fuel surcharge as provided below. The amount of the fuel surcharge will be determined by the U.S. National Average Fuel Index for diesel fuel as provided by the U.S. Department of Energy (D.O.E.). The current Index may be obtained by calling 1-202-586-6966.
The diesel fuel index announced each
Monday will be utilized to determine the applicable fuel surcharge, which
surcharge will be adjusted up or down on the succeeding Wednesday based on the
above referenced U.S. D.O.E. Index.

Subject to a minimum surcharge of $0.95 per shipment.
In the event the price per gallon for fuel should equal or exceed 400 cents per gallon, then the fuel surcharge would be increased 0.50% for each incremental increase of 5 cents per gallon, beginning at 400 cents per gallon.
FOR EXAMPLE: When the fuel price is at least 400 cents per gallon, but less than 405 cents, the fuel surcharge will be 30.50% on LTL and 41.00% on truckload. When the fuel price is at least 410 cents per gallon, but less than 415 cents, the fuel surcharge will be 31.50% on LTL and 42.00% on truckload.
