Fishersville, VA - In recognition for their
excellence in handling a critical Expedited
shipment, Emerald Expedited Coordinators
Buddy Munson and Leigh Ann Clark were awarded
Wilson Trucking Star Cards.

I would like to extend a very special thanks
to Buddy and Leigh Ann at the Emerald desk
for their outstanding service with our shipment
that we needed to get picked up at the Delta
air cargo terminal. I was told by Delta that
the shipment was ready for pickup, only to
find out that it still had not cleared customs.
Buddy and Leigh Ann worked nonstop to ensure
this shipment would be picked up and delivered
to our facility. They spent enormous amounts
of time on the phone with Delta, and I wanted
to make sure that their Manager knew just
how great they were.
Please extend our special thanks, and make
sure their Manager knows what a great job
they are doing. It is a pleasure to be able
to pick up the phone and get the service
that they provided!!
