Richmond Terminal Appointment Clerk Cindy
Goss was honored on April 28, 2009 as the
April winner of the "Setting The Standard
Of Excellence" award. Cindy is a dedicated
employee and when challenged with reducing
delinquents in Richmond, she took the challenge
seriously and made her goal. Cindy sets appointments
and is very willing to help the drivers when
they need directions. Cindy sets the example
