Roanoke, VA - Roanoke Driver receives "Standard
Of Excellence Award"
Roanoke based Road Driver Lane Wimmer was
recently honored with the " Setting
The Standard Of Excellence" award.
Lane has the most helpful attitude towards
fellows employees and the company. Recently,
he saved the company the expense of a long
distance road call by paying for supplies
to fix the landing gear that broke on his
trailer enroute from Nashville, TN to Roanoke,
VA. Last year he purchased fuel for another
road driver's tractor to keep the freight
rolling when the truck would only pump fuel
from one tank. Lane has a big heart and is
company minded and quality driven in all
his work. He is a safe driver with a plus
5 DMV record who moves our customers' freight
in the most safe and efficient manner. Lane's
years of service and professionalism make
him a true asset to the company and we are
glad he is on our team here at Roanoke.
